DayBreak is a weekly out-of-home respite opportunity for older adults in need of companionship, socialization and supervision. We engage in music and other fun activities, share lunch, and enjoy our time together in a safe and supportive environment.

Respite is often referred to as the “gift of time” — caregivers get a physical and mental break from caregiving, and the care receiver gets a break too. Respite supports family stability and well-being.

To learn more or pre-register, call 218-354-7090 or visit the HELPERS office at 102 2nd Ave SW, Suite E.

The DayBreak Respite Program is funded by Dancing Sky Area Agency on Aging, a program of the Northwest Regional Development Commission.
